Nutrition encompasses not only what you eat but also your thoughts and emotions. Viewing health through this lens allows for a holistic understanding of yourself. I follow my "80/20 Rule" of self-empowerment: "80% of the time, I control my actions and reactions, while 20% is beyond my control." This principle encourages mindfulness in my behavior and empowers me to take ownership of my conduct!

I encourage the consumption of fresh, local, seasonal, and home-cooked whole foods. These choices not only support our community but provide the best flavors and nutrients for our health.
